Took my 2001 Honda in after installing a junk yard engine with a no start problem. Their tech located the problem quickly and returned the car to us. We were back on the road the next day. It was an outstanding experience I am so happy with Alex the service writer the Tech who worked with us and the pleasant nature of the others there whom I met.

This place was Bruce and jacks auto, which I had been coming for years excellent service. Then he retired, the company now, is still very welcoming and great customer service. They go over and beyond too get the job done, just a little pricier than Bruce and jacks auto. Would recommend this new company though.

Very happy with the service. This was my first time with this operation,as they have taken over a very successful business. I found they are “customer” friendly and take extra steps to make the experience of car repair as pleasant as possible, and the charges were very competitive with other shops. From start to finish a very professional auto repair shop.

From Bruce & Jack's to Toole's, the service I have received has been courteous and prompt, and the repairs have been of high quality. All of the staff and management are kind and thoughtful, answer my questions, and go that extra mile that helps when you're handicapped, as I am. My Toyota is old enough to buy booze now, but it's lasted the past few years because these great folks have taken care of us. I'm grateful to be able to rely on a repair shop where I feel I'm being treated fairly and respectfully!
