Was quoted 2.5 hours of labor for work that takes about 10-30 minutes. Plus over double the list price for the parts. Never coming here again VERY POOR service, they’re nice to you when they want your money but then when it’s time to pay and you ask questions about the work they did, they act like the mafia. If you love wasting your money or putting it in the pockets of evil people come here! Bruce & Jack are gone forever

A very large big rig tire hit my car, as I ran over it on the freeway, it had done some damage underneath the car. As well as the steering. Not so much body damage but it no longer ran correctly. As soon as I got back home I called Tools and asked them to look at it for me. They were once again amazing. They took my car right away . I was right as my car needed fixing. Tools garage walked me through each step . They sent me pictures of every part that had to be replaced as well as explaining to me what it was and why it needed to be replaced. As a female who admittedly doesn’t know much about cars, I trust Tools Garage with repairs to my car. I have been screwed by garages in the past. So finding Tools garage is a blessing. I just can’t say enough good things about their work ethic and professionalism. Thank you for being so honest with me. Love you guys. PS They also picked me up when it was time to get my car. They will not honor their warranty they claim to give. I had a full tune-up and my transmission serviced a few months ago so it would be ready to move several states over from California to Arkansas. It seems to be running rough now, the power steering line rubbed a hole in my a/c line, and doesn't always shift smooth like it should. The service guy was rude to my husband when he called and explained the issue and basically told us it was our problem. I attempted to call and was hung up on and calls made after were ignored. Very unsatisfied!

Check engine light came on so I took it in. Made an appointment online 2 days before and they took my car in right away. After I picked it up my check engine light was not on anymore and the car runs good. This is my second time coming and I highly recommend this shop. They also provide you with a link and they share their findings and update as they go. You can also message them directly on the link and respond really fast. They do a good inspection of your vehicle when you take it to diagnose.

This was my first experience taking my car to Toole's. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my new tires and really appreciated the ride to and from my place of employment. I will most certainly be using them again!
