My check engine light came on. I called Toole’s and they saw me the same day for a quick code look up. It showed a transmission issue. I had a couple other lights on my dash but they were there for many months. I figured they were just stuck because they were intermittent. I took the car in for a full diagnostic and it ended up the car computer software needed updates and a reboot! They fixed that! No more lights on dash. They didn’t try to sell me any other services. They did a courtesy check and there’s a small leak in my power steering but no need for repair. They are very honest, courteous (customer service is top notch), and willing to accommodate if a ride is needed. I ended up paying $500 for everything. My car is 10 years old and the computer software is like new! Thanks Toole’s (Alex and Beau). You guys are the bomb!!!

The service advisers here are friendly, understanding and approachable also they would not only take care of their customers but also their cars. The service advisers, technicians will handle what needs to be done to get our cars back on the road. I had my lexus rx400h service here and the staff were really understanding and upfront and no second guessing. I’m glad that i took my car be repaired here and if anyone that owns a hybrid vehicle this would be the shop to go. -New Satisfied Customer-

Thank you to Tooles! I randomly stumbled upon this place after my vehicle was spazzing out unexpectedly. I drive a Cadillac ATS so I was already terrified of repair costs. They were 3 mins away from where I was stalling. Thankfully, they took my vehicle in. The set me up to be digitally updated in real time with their technology. It was amazing. Once the diagnosis was done, the technology showed me what they found & had me confirm what items I'd like to proceed with. It also gave me a price estimate as I was moving through so I could pick/choose based on my budget and/or urgency. I was out for a car for a week, but it's all done now & it even got completed early! I'm really thankful for Tooles because this was a major repair & I walked away not feeling cheated or hassled. They showed empathy & professionalism. Car repairs are so stressful but their Advisors help ease that a little. I paid a fair price & got top notch service. I will return for routine maintenance. Thanks Tooles!!

From the beginning, the staff was super accommodating and answered all the questions I had. Not only did they provide transportation to work upon dropping the vehicle off, but they were also super efficient. I was able to pick up my vehicle on time with no other issues. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and will definitely be returning!!
