That process included taking detailed photos of the car when they received it and texting me a link to my work order. As they worked on the car, they uploaded those initial photos and a checklist of the work scheduled. As they completed each task, they checked it off the list and offered recommendations - complete with photos of the parts they suggest repairing. You have the option to approve or disapprove of the recommendations with one click. Zero pressure. The car? It’s running like a dream again. Thank you guys!
