I Took my 2005 Tahoe to tooles to have an oil leak addressed. Sam the tech was extremely admitted about getting the job down fast and successfully. He had the rear main seal installed and I had my Tahoe back the following day with no issues. They also take pictures of everything they do in the process which is nice to refer to for the repair. Thank you Tooles.

One thing I really love about these guys is that they don’t push things on you like other shops. I went in for rotor and brake work and I was concerned about making sure I’d have my car back in time so I can go to work. They made it a priority and were so quick! I felt like a priority. The communication you get the whole time is just incredible. This is my forever mechanic. Everyone’s vibes are so chill inside and everyone is so kind. Thank you Alex and Jesse! If you want your car to not be fixed and get taken advantage of, come here. The diagnostic cost was 290, and they tried to charge an additional 390$ for “additional diagnostic”. I declined, and all of a sudden they find what’s wrong with it, without the “additional diagnostic”. I picked up my car and the tow truck told me, that he comes here 7 times a week. I thought their ratings should reflect an accurate representation of their service.
